Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays of the year. It's a wonderful time to spend with family and friends and give thanks for all our blessings. As you know, I am very big on decor and presentation; therefore, a modern, glam Thanksgiving dinner makes for a perfect solution.
The challenge for this Thanksgiving tablescape was to come up with a more modern and less traditional, genre and color scheme that blends well with autumn. So, I decided to keep the rustic elements of autumn, with the use of the tans, combined it with pops of glam (gold sequin) and deep green hues for the more modern flare.
The place cards were regular, mini pumpkins found at your local grocery store. We spray painted them gold and added a green leaf with guest's names. It made for a perfect place card that was innovative, festive and super cute!
This table is super easy to put together. Stick to one main color scheme, in this case it was white, and then add some pop elements (green and gold) and there you have it!
